DrillVision · Vision-guided automation
See the target, place the drill, every board.
DrillVision locates drill targets on a board from a live camera feed, maps each one to machine coordinates, and drives a CNC to place the drill on the mark, with calibration and an operator console that keep placement accurate run after run.

The problem
Manual marking and drilling boards by hand is slow and it drifts. A target read a fraction of a millimetre off, multiplied across a panel, becomes scrap, and aligning a board to a machine by eye does not repeat or scale to a production run.
How it works
From input to a result you can stand behind.
- 01
Acquire
A camera captures the board and the work area is framed, so the system reads the board, not the bench around it.
- 02
Locate
Each target on the board is found, and the lock is held until the position is stable, not just a momentary detection.
- 03
Map
Every target is converted to machine coordinates through an on-board calibration, so the camera and the machine agree on where the point is.
- 04
Drill
The machine clamps, traverses to the target, places the drill, returns to zero, and steps to the next.
What's inside
Built for the work it does every day.
Stable target lock
A target is acted on only once it holds steady, so a flicker in the frame never becomes a misplaced hole.
Pixel-to-machine calibration
A quick calibration ties the camera's view to the machine's coordinate space, keeping placement true as setups change.
Operator console
One screen for calibration, manual jogging, and an automated run mode, built for the line rather than the lab.
Region of interest
Frame just the work area so the system reads the board, not the bench around it.
Repeatable runs
The same board yields the same result, panel after panel, with a live count of completed targets.
Built for the floor
Designed to sit next to the machine and be driven by an operator, not a developer.
